We perform quality checks on our products to ensure the highest quality products and satisfaction of our valued customers. Please read our terms of service carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

PREORDER: For orders containing “preorder” items, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

ON HAND: “On hand” items means we have the item in stock. Please allow up to 1-7 business days for shipping and processing.

Certain items may ship sooner than others if you have multiple items as part of your order, depending on various factors (weather, status, quantity, etc.) If you must have your order by a certain date, we recommend you consider your order. Once your order leaves our facility we are no longer held responsible. Please contact your local USPS, FedEx, or UPS for more information regarding your shipment.

REFUND POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Either love it, or send it back within 14 days of original purchase. After 14 days the sale is considered final. We MUST receive the item in its original condition and packaging in order to process your refund. Shipping not included.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, copy, or otherwise distribute your information unless otherwise explicitly stated.
